About the Role
Area supervisor’s primary responsibility is to manage a portfolio of restaurants, drive initiatives to increase wallet share & GMV based on customer needs or data.
Resolve customer pain points to ensure the best service experience.
Work closely with the sales & account management teams to achieve objectives.
Requirements
Aged over 23 years old, Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3+ year work experience in account management, customer service or related fields.
Having experience in food business or related business will be an advantage.
Having experience in Salesforce is preferable.
Having good team players with analytical skills.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
