About the Role
Maintain and audit daily, weekly and monthly logistic costs
Prepare and perform analysis report upon request
Simulating cost optimization initiatives by request
Calculate Fleet payroll
Answer questions, resolve issues, and track down discrepancies regarding all logistic costs
Develop SOP and work with day to day operations teams to ensure logistic cost accuracy
Verifying payment and documenting process to ensure the payment amount is accurate before actual payment
Reconcile logistic costs with actual payment by Finance
Report directly to logistic manager
Requirements
3+ years work experience in logistics cost optimization, calculate fleet payroll
Good leadership skills
Good communication skills
Team leading experience
