Assistant Operations Finance Manager

About the Role

  • Maintain and audit daily, weekly and monthly logistic costs

  • Prepare and perform analysis report upon request

  • Simulating cost optimization initiatives by request

  • Calculate Fleet payroll

  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and track down discrepancies regarding all logistic costs

  • Develop SOP and work with day to day operations teams to ensure logistic cost accuracy

  • Verifying payment and documenting process to ensure the payment amount is accurate before actual payment

  • Reconcile logistic costs with actual payment by Finance

  • Report directly to logistic manager

Requirements

  • 3+ years work experience in logistics cost optimization, calculate fleet payroll

  • Good leadership skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Team leading experience
