About the Role

  • Take care of incoming cases and provide outstanding and exceptional service to restaurants

  • Deliver prompt solution to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Track and follow up all customer requests/cases in a timely manner

  • Prioritize and resolve customer issues effectively

  • Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional way

  • Understand and track the root causes of customer complaints and churn users. Feedback to the related team.

  • Manage large volume of customer cases in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Work with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Service mind

  • Passionate and self-starter.

  • Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high sense of ownership
