About the Role
Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term plans for managing and maintaining company data.
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Design, create and maintain data management and infrastructure across the organization.
Assist and provide technical solutions which are proper to data management or enhancement.
Oversee team members work for quality and guideline compliance.
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Collaborate with product management and engineering departments to understand company needs and devise possible solutions.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical field.
3-7 years experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
Expert proficiency in Python, SQL or R
Familiar with machine learning libraries, such as sklearn, tensorflow/pytorch, etc.
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (deep learning, tree-based models, unsupervised learning, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
Experience in designing and implementing MLOps systems using emerging technology.
