About the Role
To manage and control Processing center ensuring smooth operation by determining productivity and efficiency
Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures
Drive and improve warehouse processes to reduce costs and timing
Solve problem and make decision related to any warehouse issue
Maintains work process, safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations
Develop, coach and train of warehouse staffs to improve performance and build up their capacity
Coordinate with related teams such as Logistics team, Supply team, and DC team.
Support operational improvement initiatives as directed by VP of Operations
Prepare the report for management team
To perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager
Make sure that the processing center follows any Food standard required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineer, Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
At least 2 years’ experience in Processing center, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
Direct experience in Food processing center management is a plus
Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
Data analytical skills
Strong leadership and presentation skill
Project management and process improvement strategies
Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
Able to travel within Bangkok and metro area
Able to work at Aiyara PC (Talad Thai : Pathumthani)
