About the Role

  • Implement sales strategy to penetrate the assigned segments (chain restaurants, schools, hospitals and corporates)

  • Take care of sales target

  • Implement sales process

  • Monitor and report individual sales metrics

  • Promote demand aggregation model

Accountability

  • New customer acquisition or sales target by OKR

  • Retention from M0 to M1

Qualification

This role requires 2+ years of experience in B2B sales area; proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close, excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and motivation skills, superb leadership ability, analytical skill, and strategic planning ability. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and fast-learner who likes challenges and loves changes.
