About the Role

  • Lead the sales team in acquiring new restaurants to achieve the company's initial revenue target.

  • Coach and assist the sales team in problem-solving by collaborating with internal teams such as operations, tech, and accounting.

  • Track the lead pipeline and daily motivate the team twice a day to ensure they meet the company's KPIs.

  • Plan the necessary resources to reach the sales targets.

  • Initiate and develop strategies to improve sales conversion rates, lead pipelines, customer retention, and sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales and leading sales teams.

  • Experience in using sales pipeline tracking and sales portals, as well as setting up sales processes.

  • Ambitious, competitive, driven by KPIs, and capable of working on processes.

  • Prioritization, goal orientation, and good communication skills are a must

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.

  • Past experience in startups is a plus.

  • Having prior experience with HORECA clients is advantageous.

KPIs

  • Achieve company first dollar GMV target and retention target. Both first dollar GMV target & retention target should not be missed by more than 5% of a given target

  • All team members directly report to sales manager must hit their individual target. At least more than 70% of the team members must hit their minimum individual target.

  • Initiatives and strategies to improve sales conversion rate, lead pipeline, customers retention and sales efficiency. The initiatives and strategies must be quantified and realistic to achieve and able to close company gap by using company existing resources

  • All customers disputes are solved by collaborating with internal & external parties. Disputes should be resolved within a month after the incident occurs.
