About the Role


  • Develop clear strategies & program structure based on customer needs, competitors, market to serve and grow the revenue from every account segment

  • Help merchandising team develop product strategies to achieve organizational sales goals

  • Prepare accurate sales data/conversion rate and historical data in each segment to develop the North Star portfolio


  • Build and create long lasting trusted relationships between company and customer to understand more about their business and key success factors

  • Drive revenue growth for both key & non-key accounts by taking decisions on assortment development, promotions and marketing campaigns


  • Lead both non-key account & key account team to achieve company goals both revenue and SKUs expansion

  • Hire, train and evaluate key account representatives as well as track and monitor performance.

  • Drive the team to achieve goals and be transparent on sharing ideas to help every team improve performance

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and the company’s network in special projects to fulfill customers’ needs and increase sales opportunities
