Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay up to date with advancements in operations management.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall company objectives.
Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including assessing potential risks, developing
contingency plans, and implementing controls to minimize disruptions or errors.
Lead and manage new emerging projects and to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the VP of operations in strategic planning, decision-making, and representing the company in meetings and events as required.
