About the Role
Build and manage a portfolio of B2B customer ex. chain restaurants, hospitality or related field etc.
Set direction to drive initiatives to increase chain restaurant wallet share & GMV.
Participate in strategic direction and execution plan development to maintain restaurant retention rate.
Develop a plan for providing restaurants with a high service experience.
Empathize with restaurants and help resolve customer issues.
Collect and analyze data concerning chain restaurant clients’ behavior to understand changing needs.
Collaborate with the sales and key account management team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Achieve the assigned sales and profit target.
Forecast and manage P&L, cost analysis, price and profit calculations.
Manage the spending of each customer within the budget.
Prepare business reviews with key buyers to update performance and build action plans for improvement.
Aged over 28 years old, Bachelor’s degree in any field.
5+ year work experience in account management, customer service or related fields.
Having experience in the food business or related business will be an advantage.
Having experience in Salesforce is preferable.
Having good team players with analytical skills.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fast learning and keep improving
