About the Role

  • Support Preparing Financial monthly/quarterly/yearly closing.

  • Review accounting transactions and control reconciliation of accounts.

  • Responsible for full accounting transaction (A/R, fixed asset, bank, other current asset)

  • Verify monthly WHT and VAT Submission to Revenue Department (such as PND.3, 53, PP.36 PP.30)

  • Closed accounting, month-end, quarterly and year-end process

  • Ensure the timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end supporting document for the closing activity

  • Prepare and review reconciliation of transactions to general ledger accounts

  • Recommend any updates to accounting policies affecting fixed assets to management

  • Allocate tag numbers to fixed assets to effectively track them from time to time

  • Coordinated with auditor to complete yearly audited financial statements

  • Manage and team supervise members.

  • Improve accounting process and procedures.

  • Coordinate and support to other concerned parties

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Good knowledge of accounting and laws related to taxes and internal control

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

  • Ownership mentality, ready to take responsibility and make a real impact

  •  Ability to thrive under pressure, coupled with a proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
