About the Role

            Branding / Marketing Communications


  • Develop Brand strategy to drive brand value for short term, long term as well as new business opportunities

  • Lead planning and implementation of all marketing and communications activities

  • Manage, monitor marketing budget

  • Coordinate with all concerned departments to drive work effectiveness

  • Strategize and implement branding and marketing communication plan

  • Ensuring all executions are aligned with brand guidelines

  • Manage all brand’s social media platform by strategizing, implementing and measuring

  • Report and measure the result of each campaign


             Campaign / Promotion / Partnership


  • Manage monthly promotional campaign to drive business growth

  • Partner with supplier(s) and/or brand(s) for monthly promotional/partnership campaign

  • Corporate with Sale, Merchandise and any related team to ensure that the promotional campaign is executed on time with the maximum quality

  • Monitor that campaign is surely placed at all medias

  • Report and measure the result of each campaign

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing and branding

  • Well-organized, planning skill and people management

  • Background in FMCG or retail business would be a plus

  • Good understanding of marketing communication and promotional campaign

  • Result oriented and highly committed

  • Advance analytical skills

  • Business acumen and strategic thinking

  • Creative and think out of the box

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment

  • Love experiments and no fear to fail
