About the Role

  • Collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure prompt payments.

  • Review the company debtor list.

  • Contact customers and inform them of overdue bills.

  • Advise customers on payment options and suggest suitable methods.

  • Negotiate and establish suitable payment plans.

  • Maintain customer payment records.

  • Create final notice warnings to customers for non-payment.

  • Institute legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.

  • Respond to customer queries.

  • Contact lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.

  • Assist the manager or head of the business unit in supervising stakeholders regarding the collection process and credit approval policy to align with company policy.

Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field

  • Minimum 1  years of experience in collections, credit management or related fields.

  • Strong understanding collection process, credit risk assessment, debt recovery strategy

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient computer skills (excel and etc)
