About the Role
Efficiently manage chats, inbound and outbound calls, and other non-voice communication channels.
Handle customer complaints, proceed with effective troubleshooting steps, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Understand and track the root causes of customer issues, complaints and churn users in order to give feedback to the related teams.
Work with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of customer success experience, including call center, airlines, and hospitality industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Good interpersonal skills and problem solving attitudes.
A good team player, passionate and self-starter
Outstanding and exceptional customer service skills
MS 365 skill
Ability to work under pressure
