About the Role

  • Efficiently manage chats, inbound and outbound calls, and other non-voice communication channels.

  • Handle customer complaints, proceed with effective troubleshooting steps, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Understand and track the root causes of customer issues, complaints and churn users in order to give feedback to the related teams.

  • Work with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer success experience, including call center, airlines, and hospitality industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome)

  • Good interpersonal skills and problem solving attitudes.

  • A good team player, passionate and self-starter

  • Outstanding and exceptional customer service skills

  • MS 365 skill

  • Ability to work under pressure
