About the Role
Strategically plan media channel and optimization strategy
Work in the growth team to run the experiment in order to find the growth engine
Optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
Monitor and analyze customer’s journey and conversion rate to understand customer behavior and improve conversion rate
Allocate budgets, analyze, and recommend modifications to ad spends
Collaborate with branding/campaign and design teams to guide A/B creative tests to identify what works best
Optimize marketing budgets to minimize cost per lead or cost per result
Develop SEO strategies that increase search results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout website and marketing materials
Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in SEO efforts
Responsible for marketing automation planning and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing and ads optimization
Hands-on experience in analytics tools and marketing automation
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills
Can work in fast-paced environment
