About the Role

                    As a Key Account Management Executive you will be responsible for taking care of Freshket’s existing customers in both account retention, GMV retention and GMV uplift. You will need to have a level of selling skill in order to uplift the customers portfolio and have conflict resolution skills to help your key account cases/issues.

  • Develop account plans and strategies to meet client goals and company objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to key accounts.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, customer support, merchandising) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or customer relationship roles.

  • Positive mindset and passion for connecting talent with opportunities, Able to work well under pressure.
