Key Account Management Executive
About the Role
Establish and grow relationships with customers via activities e.g. Weekly Meeting with Key customers to report progress for pain points, Plan road map, Cost saving
Strategically drive sales from existing customer based on segmentation
Proactively identify restaurant activity calendar e.g. catering, new menu, seasonal menu etc.
Implement up-selling and cross-selling
Own project cross functional to ensure value each segmentation meets
Review and revise private price to serve customer satisfaction with business wise
Renegotiate Exclusivity, Commission and Rebate agreement
+1 years work experience in account management
Superb business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management
Strong analytical skills
Proactively looking for an opportunity to drive sales from your own accounts
Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Experience with e-commerce or restaurant / hospitality / F&B background will be considered a plus
