About the Role
Establish and maintain a portfolio of key restaurant clients.
Drive Wallet Share and GMV Growth, develop strategies and direction to increase restaurant wallet share and GMV, ensuring continuous growth.
Participate in the development of strategic directions and execution plans to maintain a high restaurant retention rate.
Develop a plan to provide restaurants with superior service experience, empathizing with clients and promptly resolving their issues.
Collect and analyze data related to restaurant clients' behavior to understand changing needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the sales and area management teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your territory.
Achieve the assigned sales and profit targets through effective account management.
Forecast and manage Profit and Loss (P&L), conduct cost analysis, and calculate prices and profits. Manage customer spending within budgetary limits.
Prepare and conduct business reviews with key buyers, updating performance and constructing action plans for continuous improvement.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales and leading sales teams to contribute Revenue Growth.
Experience in using sales pipeline tracking and sales portals, as well as setting up sales processes.
Ambitious, competitive, driven by KPIs, and capable of working on processes.
Prioritization, goal orientation, and good communication skills are a must
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
Past experience in startups is a plus.
Having prior experience with HORECA clients is advantageous.
