About the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 3-5 years of working experience in linehaul field or logistic transportation

  • Experience in transport, supply chain and logistics management

  • Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Quick learning, adaptive and flexible

  • Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement

  • Like challenging goals and dynamic yet fun working environment

Requirements

• Managing daily operations within the Hub, enabling customer orders fulfillment at targeted service levels.

• Managing the last mile delivery operations including fleet optimization & assigning.

• Designing and optimizing the Hub, handling and order fulfillment processes.

• Owning the full financials of the Hub including cost optimization projects and unit economics studies.

• Ensuring safety & quality compliance across the full premises.

• Building and delivering the talent development program for all operations and last mile teams within the Hub & Fleet organization.
