About the Role
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all departments.
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance communication, and eliminate redundancies.
Conduct regular process audits and performance evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for
optimization.Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and drive data-based decision-making.
Analyze data and provide management reports, highlighting areas of concern, opportunities for optimization, and strategic
OKRs.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and provide guidance to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay up to date with advancements in operations management.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall company objectives.
Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including assessing potential risks, developing
contingency plans, and implementing controls to minimize disruptions or errors.Lead and manage new emerging projects and to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the VP of operations in strategic planning, decision-making, and representing the company in meetings and events as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
Passionate and self-starter. Demonstrated commercial mindset with strong analytical skill Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high sense of ownership
Experience in areas such as Lean, continuous improvement, project management, or supply chain management is preferred
Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and process mapping.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
Good command in English for business use
