About the Role
Centralize Product Information
Serve as the primary source of information regarding the company’s products.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed about product updates, features, and strategic initiatives.
Define and Communicate Product Vision
Create, refine, and convey a clear product vision and strategy.
Ensure alignment with company goals and market demands.
Roadmap and Pipeline Management
Oversee product roadmap and pipelines, ensuring they align with company objectives.
Continuously monitor and adjust plans to stay on track.
Shared Vision Across Teams
Foster a shared vision between the product and executive teams.
Ensure consistent understanding of product evolution and future directions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting product performance post-launch.
Use insights to assess future investment opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development
Have a leadership mindset, focusing on product development, A/B testing, and optimizations.
Drive initiatives for both existing products and new product explorations.
Growth and Opportunity Evaluation
Identify and evaluate growth options and new opportunities.
Address bottlenecks and turn strategic goals into cross-functional, aligned tactics.
Regular Review Meetings
Conduct meetings to review current product tests, initiatives, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) progress.
Ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Lifecycle Guidance
Guide teams managing products at various stages of the product life cycle.
Provide strategic direction and support throughout each phase.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with stakeholders to gather insights about their business needs and challenges.
Incorporate feedback into product development and strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
5+ Years work experience in Product Management.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Great people skills in combination with great assertiveness.
Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination skills.
Leadership and entrepreneurship traits that people are comfortable following.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate. recommendations to executive management.
Proven technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development/technologies.
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
Written and verbal communication skills.
