Quality Control (Fresh & Dry Grocery Food)
About the Role
Quality Control Supervisor shall deliver and be responsible for the following;
Ensuring all quality standards and procedures are maintained, including training and monitoring of new and existing employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards for food quality, and food safety, consistent with company principles.
Investigating all customer complaints, including leading cross-functional team to determine root cause and appropriate corrections and corrective actions. Providing professional communication to customer.
Monitoring quality key measures and trends for adherence to targets. When events occur, working with warehouse manager to lead team in problem solving and investigation to identify root causes and appropriate corrections and corrective actions.
Review and evaluate weekly/ monthly operational result against service delivery targets (OKR)
Proven professional experience in Quality Control role
Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Food Technology or in related field
Passionate and self-starter. Demonstrated commercial mindset with strong analytical skill
Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high sense of ownership
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using MS Offices is a must
