About the Role
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy for Tech/IT positions
Help designing and managing recruitment and selection processes
Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill opening positions
Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying and addressing talent requirements to onboarding new hires, always looking to further improve the candidate journey
Review employment applications and background check reports
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, social studies, HR or relevant field
3+years of experience in recruitment IT function
Bonus points for start-up experience
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements, HR policies and best practices
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels
Meticulous attention to detail, enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
Able to communicate in English
