About the Role

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, economics or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to address complex challenges.

About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Sales Business Development (Supply Chain as a Service ). In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise level customers to use our “Supply Chain as a Service” which is a total solution provided to support our customers in all things related to their supply chain.


You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, understanding their operational needs and providing the customer a comprehensive solution. You will need to  understand both our and the customer’s business front-to-back in order to provide the right solution. You will need to be able to communicate the customer’s requirement and the solution design to the implementation team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.


  • Acquire new enterprise customers.

  • Work directly with customer c-executive and related stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding supply chain services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

  • Regularly communicate with clients and the working team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.

  • Recommend process optimization solutions to the customer & Freshket team

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs and project requirements.

  • Identify potential risks and challenges in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies.
