Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Tech)

About the Role

  • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy for Tech/IT positions 

  • Help designing and managing recruitment and selection processes 

  • Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing 

  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill opening positions 

  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying and addressing talent requirements to onboarding new hires, always looking to further improve the candidate journey 

  • Review employment applications and background check reports


  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, social studies, HR or relevant field

  • 3+years of experience in recruitment IT function

  • Bonus points for start-up experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements, HR policies and best practices

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels

  • Meticulous attention to detail, enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor

  • Able to communicate in English
