Ads Optimization Senior Officer
About the Role
Monitor and analyze customer’s journey and conversion rate to understand customer behavior and improve conversion rate
Collaborate with branding/campaign and design teams to guide A/B creative tests to identify what works best
Buy ads from various digital platforms to align with campaigns.
Optimize marketing budgets to minimize cost per lead or cost per result
Acquire customers to make purchase on Website and Application via social media advertisement and engagement
Research for target audience, consumer demand, and search engine keyword for proposed media campaign.
Research SEO, SEM keywords to use throughout website and marketing materials.
Understand and use data insights to provide campaign insights and present to the team Qualification.
Monitor budget, performance, and key metrics by weekly to improve ads performance
Collaborate with team to contribute to analysis, insight, and next steps in all reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital or related field
At least 3 years direct experience in Digital Marketing, Media Buyer, and Ad Optimization
Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment
Be self-motivated, a strong team player and able to work and adapt under pressure
Good command of English both verbal and written
Confidence in problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
Good analytical skills and used to analytic tools are preferable (Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheet, Power BI, etc.).
