About the Role
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the business has adequate resources to meet demand.
Handle inventory transfers promptly and accurately between internal and external storage, coordinating with relevant teams for smooth and timely movements.
Drive improvement projects across the organization.
Inventory analysis and improvement.
Oversee employee performance in their jobs to ensure that they are operating effectively and efficiently, including being well-motivated and clear in their workplace, according to the preset plans and goals.
Monitor stock level and decide to call or cancel when stock is short or over.
Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and guide them to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
5+ years of work experience in Inventory management and +3 year in the management level. (At least 1-3 years experience of Replenishment, Inventory Management)
Positive mindset and passion for connecting talent with opportunities, Able to work well under pressure.
Inventory Management skills, Stock Control, Problem-solving, Good Analytic skills.
Good leadership skills and Good communication skills.
