About the Role

Develop comprehensive strategic plans and execute company-wide marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize brand equity and market share growth through effective collaboration with creative teams, communication partners, and agencies.
Lead and direct all branding and PR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business context and objectives.
Implement creative and impactful copywriting across various brand touchpoints.
Strategically plan, research, report, and adapt campaigns to achieve key improvements and results.
Manage budgets and expenses, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure seamless execution of brand assets.
Motivate and lead team members to excel and achieve their best potential.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing with a strong focus on brand management.
Background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is highly preferable.
Profound understanding of marketing communication and digital marketing strategies.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills for effective campaign execution.
Advanced creative copywriting skills to convey brand messaging.
Proven commitment to achieving brand excellence and driving results.
Strong skills in data analysis, research, presentation, and communication.
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Adeptness in innovative thinking and creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
