About the Role
Review, analyze and create the most optimized and hands-on processes used within a commercial function which includes creating new product lists, mapping customers' product lists, etc.
Continually improve processes to make sure every function within commercial team follows the most efficient work flow.
Work on commercial data analysis and support data for commercial target setting.
Work on special commercial projects including exploring opportunities, validating ideas and planning project timeline.
Requirements
Industrial engineer background or related field.
Good analytical skills and used to analytic tools are preferable (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Collaborative, good communication
Good commercial sense with business acumen
3-5 years work experience in a commercial process improvement is a plus.
