About the Role
Data Science & Analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage company data for impactful business solutions.
Analyze data from company databases to optimize and improve product development, marketing strategies, and overall business performance.
Research and develop statistical learning models for in-depth data analysis.
Apply predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, drive revenue growth, optimize ad targeting, and improve other key business outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data models and monitor their effectiveness.
Machine learning & AI
Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models on large datasets.
Research, experiment with, and apply cutting-edge Generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, and NLP to drive innovation and deliver impactful business results.
Develop processes and tools to track and analyze model performance and ensure data accuracy.
Qualification
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
A strong, demonstrable interest in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development is required; proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
Familiarity with core machine learning concepts and statistical principles.
Knowledge of or keen interest in LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
