About the Role
Key Account Management Assistant Manager primary responsibility is to lead a team, drive initiatives to increase wallet share & GMV based on customer needs or data. Work closely with operational functions to resolve customer pain points to ensure the best service experience.
Support the Key Account Team Manager in training and mentoring junior team members.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account management processes.
Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts.
Develop account plans and strategies to meet client goals and company objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to key accounts.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, customer support, merchandising) to ensure seamless service delivery..
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or customer relationship roles. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
