Merchandising Coordinator (Admin)
About the Role
Facilitate back-end Merchandising activities eg. product mapping and product sample.
Create Items of product category (fresh food and dry food).
Support to operations and handle ad hoc task in merchandising team.
Prepare Merchandising documentation such as quotation and daily, weekly and monthly report.
Coordinate with other departments eg. sales, key account or commercial team.
Deliver the assignment in term accountability and data accuracy.
Aged over 23 years old, Bachelor’s degree in any field.
+1 year work experience in coordinator , admin or related field.
Having experience in the food business or related business will be an advantage.
Having experience in Data Studio or Power BI is preferable.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
