About the Role

                    Order Management Associate is responsible for ensuring that purchase orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining organized data and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, process improvement, and collaboration with different teams to enhance order management efficiency and accuracy.


  • Generating purchase orders through the system.

  • Ensure 100% of purchase orders are reviewed before finalization to prevent errors.

  • Make sure all products are correctly mapped in the Intranet system with zero errors in listings.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement order process improvements to streamline the order system.

  • Ensure 100% of customer issues related to purchase orders are resolved promptly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service, order management or quotation is preferred, ideally within the food and beverage industry.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly the ordering system, is a plus.

  • Proficient in using communication tools such as email and LINE chat.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
