About the Role
Processing Center Leader is Responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fresh produce processing facility. Ensures raw material preparation and packing are completed on time, enforces GMP and SOP compliance, manages a team of 30+ workers, and handles workforce planning, attendance, and performance.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and oversee operations to ensure work aligns with targets, including preparing raw materials and packing fresh produce (vegetables and fruits) within the required time frame.
Enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food quality and safety standards.
Implement and ensure all employees strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Plan workforce allocation and supervise labor operations in the vegetable processing/packing facility (including managing absences, lateness, and overtime).
Responsible for managing and overseeing the performance and productivity of the team.
Able to work in a shift-based schedule
Qualification
Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
At least 2 years of purchasing experience, retail experience or similar
Prior experience in the food manufacturing or fresh food packing house
Passionate and self-starter.
Demonstrated commercial mindset with strong analytical skill
Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high
sense of ownership
